VM-Manufacturing Corporation was founded in 1999 by Vincent Marzigliano and has developed from a small job shop to a manufacturer of precision components for the Aerospace, Aircraft, Automotive, Commercial and Medical industries.  Mr. Marzigliano obtained his knowledge starting as a machinist apprentice at 14 and eventually earned his certification as an AA New York State Machinist. Mr. Marzigliano further earned his Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering and attained a MBA in Management.

Mr. Marzigliano streamlined many New York Corporation processes to increase their design and manufacturing capabilities and his desire to grow his own company led him to seek aerospace and defense contracts. He led VM-Manufacturing Corporation into a steady growth since 1999 and attained high quality precision equipment to produce all types of precision componants and devices needed in the U.S.A. .    A 3000 SQ FT building was purchased in 2001 to expand operational capability. The VM-Manufacturing Corporation Quality Assurance System is certified by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to MIL-I-45208A.
